The Landings

Project Description

This project was multi-faceted. A new residential development in Norfolk, VA featuring townhomes in a charming waterfront community. AMA was contracted to brand this new property. Branding Identity, website, brochure, floor plans, advertisements were ongoing throughout the roll out of The Landings.

Project Feature

With an upscale property such as The Landings, our goal here was to design a knock-out brochure.

The complexity consisted of incorporating watercolor drawings, photography and fold-out floorplans and renderings. The ringed spine was a perfect solution to showcase different substrates for each application. Because of the water feature of the property, die cut waves featured the borders.
